W32.HLLW.Geobot.gen Virus... How to Remove? PLEASE HELP!

Hey Everyone,
How's it going?

Hopefully, you guys can help me out. I am currently scanning my entire computer with Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition and as of this second, there have been 5614 "Viruses found." I started scanning over 7 hours ago, and it is still scanning and finding new viruses every three to five seconds. The virus is called W32.HLLW.Geobot.gen (it's the same virus over and over) and it is only in one directory: C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS\

I have a feeling that if I keep on letting it scan, it will scan forever and keep on finding more. What can I do, can you please help?

At a count of 5613 or fewer, I might let it slide. But when you hit 5614, it might be time to wipe the drive and reinstall the OS.
