M.S. Security Update CD

Hi,
I have recently received the Security Update CD from Microsoft.
It is dated: Feb. 2004
My question:

Before installing the CD, can I safely delete the Hotfixes (in Add/ Remove) that I have downloaded until Jan. 2004?

You should not uninstall any of the Hotfixes allready downloaded. The update CD should install just the needed fixes that you don't already have.
