Missing DDLs from windows XP Pro install

Okay, I installed winXP pro and it works (i'm using it right now) but these dlls are missing (could not be coppied from the CD during install or somthign)

mshtml.dll
quarey.dll
tapi3.dll
Pro_seg3.dll (I think i have this name wrong)
and
windw.chm

The only thing critical that dosent work is the user accounts control pannel. (I'm logged on as admin at all times but I wanna change my user icon and setup lower level users for normal access.)

Is there a site i can DL these from and where would I put them?

(I tried using my sisters XP Home box but its just screwed up, search dosent work, her user accounts control pannel dosent work... )

could it be a faulty XP cd I wonder?

what if you tried to re-install over the top//by booting to the xp cd and skipping the first "R" and doing the second "R" for a "repair" install....

Hmm..had same probs with the pro seg.swf when I was doing an install, I put it down to a scratched disc
Btw.....chm are help files are they not?
