Network Card 10 mpbs

I have a ASUS A78nx-D motherboard and i noticed that my network card is running at 10 Mbps?!?

i have both cards on and both at at 10 Mbps

i have the latest drivers and i never touched anything with speed. i have vmware installed.

Any clues?

Well, what are you plugged into? If both are 10Mbps then my first guess would be that you're plugged into a 10Mbps only hub or switch =)

The A7N8X Deluxe mobo comes with two onboard NICs, both using different chipsets. One is a Realtek based NIC, and the other is a 3Com based NIC. Make sure you're using a 10/100 hub or switch first, then post back your OS and any other pertinent info if that's not the problem.

we use nothing less that 10/100 switches

what is weird is everyone else on the same switch is getting 100 Mbps. so i plugged into another switch and i get 100 Mbps now. weird.

oh well lets the games begin!
