Win XP Question

Each time I boot up wheather it's a cold or warm boot this pops
up on my screen. I think this is generated by my firewall. I've run a search to find out what "sychost.exe" is. Can't find it. I've
been denying but this is becoming annoying. Should I "allow"??

It is "svchost.exe" And its part of Windows date, so it may synchronize with the internet time server. That is for port 123.
