Anyone like the Sniper Boomslangs?
Thinking about getting a Sniper Boomslang2100 now that BFG is making them, and didn't know if anyone has one here. I'm worried that the ball-ness of it will prevent me from making sudden, high-speed moves across my Everglide Giganta Optical pad, as 100% of the mechanical mice I've used do this (and so do some opticals, but I can't get my Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical to lose tracking no matter how hard I try, the clear ones Apple makes are horrible in this way though).
I've heard the placement of the ball right under your palm can present some problems because of the way people move the mouse, but I know when I'm cruising around and fragging I glide the whole thing across my pad, and if I don't it's the part where the ball is on the Boomslangs and not the wheel.
Basically my main concerns are: Price, and will it screw up and grip when I move extremely fast?
