Barcode stuff...

Hey all, I need a program that will allow me to create barcodes(either code-39 or code-128)...does anyone know of any free apps? or cheap ones?

there is a program called Design Pro that we use at my work for creating bar codes. code-39 is the one we use i think. I believe the program was around $50 give or take $10. I am not sure if that is pricy for a barcode program but it works really good.
