I have AOL 8.0 and the latest version of AIM installed (5.5.3572). Running Windows ME. I can hear all the AIM and buddy sounds, and in AIM talk my Buddies can hear me, but I can not hear anyone. Also, I cannot hear anyone with the Netmeeting add-in, although I can receive video. I have checked all the settings in the audio system, and in AIM, and everything is enabled. Strange thing, is that I was able to hear everyone using AIM and Netmeeting until recently. I have not changed any settings, and have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of AIM. I have Zone Alarm firewall installed, and I have shut it down, to no avail. I have no other firewall installed. This is perplexing me, as what can let the audio out in AIM talk or Netmeeting, and not let audio in? Is there a port blocked on the computer, or a software/hardware issue? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
