I want to play games online, but when i am about to join game it says " You couldn't join game", the game is located at zone.com (Star wars Galactic B.). Friends told me it was a firewall...but i don't know. I turned off xp xfirewall, and it doesn't work. I am not on a router but i am using dsl....

Could you plz tell me, What can i do to fix this problem??

Hello,

I noticed no one has replied to your post so I'll give it a shot although I'm not a genius at solving multi payer problems. What game are you trying to play on-line and do you have any anti virus software software running that may have a firewall? Also, tell me exactly what your procedure is for going on-line and what error message you get, word for word.

Also some modems out there have NAT firewalls built into them like the Bellsouth Westell Wirespeed ADSL modems so you may want to check to see if your modem has a NAT firewall that could be blocking you from joining certain games online.
