Trouble Accessing Shared Folders

I have a Linksys BEFW11S4 4-Port Router, three ports connect to a computer, the 4th port connects to an 8-port switch. That switch then connects to 5 other computers. All computers have Windows XP.

My problem: I used to be able to access the shared folders through My Network Places. I made no major changes to the network settings, but I had to restart a few machines. Now, none of the computers can access any of the shared folders through My Network Places. The folders don't show up there anymore. If I type the path name, it opens up just fine, however. If I click "View Workgroup Computers," I get an error message saying "The network path was not found." I made sure all the computers had the same workgroup name.

I've tried restarting all of the computers and restarting the router and the switch. Nothing seems to work. I even tried adding the folders manually in My Network Places, but I can't access the network. How do I fix this problem?

Yeah, I configured the network using the wizard on all the computers. I checked the IPs of all the computers; they all have 192.168.1.xxx on them. Subnet mask is also the same.
