Error messages on every boot

Have a friend that is getting these errors on every boot up, we did reinstall the newest graphics driver.

(the line above...sometimes does not have the "1" before Inga or the "1" after LOCALS.......
however the number AFTER "WER".....ALWAYS CHANGES.......and now it is 8.....so I assume that the total number of times I have received this error message has been 8.
