Please help me out with a workgroup!!!

Guys, I have another question for you. After trying for days to get an XP machine on this network, I have decided to change the domain over to a workgroup. The network is very small (about 5-6 people) and they all have their own machines, so profiles are not an issue. I thought it would be easier to just run a workgroup because all they use is mapped drives. My question is this…..right now I am running a windows 2000 server. I want to have the router handle all DNS and DHCP (I think that is the right way to go), and just have the 2000 server host a workgroup. How can I go about this? I looked online and I have not found a walkthrough for this. Can anyone help me out?!? Thanks!!!!!
