thanks for the tip Vass, but still nothing (wasn't found). Nothing on simple or complex google searches either, nor @ the BBB. Calling the number simply led to an automated menu system with two options: place a new order or cancel an old one...with both you had to leave a message. F* that.
My credit card company immediately credited my account for the disputed amount, closed the account, and will open a new account (w/o issuing me a card b/c I don't want one). They'll take care of the dispute, the lady said, b/c it's such a low amount and "activity on the card" has been nothing lately.
Somehow, while the computer was doing its thing w/ my account, me and the lady got to talking about cats. You know there's a 40-lb cat out there somewhere?
