HI guys!

I need some suggestions from you: I'm moving to Canada in a month and since I don`t have a TV I'll need to buy one. So I'm thinking about buying an LCD TV. At least 23".

I saw at the mall (DELL BOOT) theW3000

Does anybody knows anything about this TV?

The response time on it is 25ms and the videos I saw at the mall were outstanding! I couldn't believe my eyes! Really! I'm not a fan of DELL at all! BUt this time was WOW.

Anyway......is there any others LCD TV that are more recommended for HDTV, DVD, Normal Cable and PC viewing??

Thanks a lot

I have a Hitachi 42HDT20 which is a 42" HDTV plasma screen and love better then any tv I'd every owned. As for LCD I don't know.

I'd go for this (the very last one), 42" plasma w/ a nice media pc.

Also at proportable.com
or you could get

nice tv from the very best IMO. (not sure if it is worth it though)

both are from the best companies in computer video displays and seem to be a better deal than the dell 30" for almost $3000

Check out this retailer rating

I'd go for the ViewSonic.

thanks guys for the feedback. I checked out the NEC although its really out of my price range.
I want to stay away from Plasma since its limited to two years more or less.....of life.

LCD seems just better in terms of image quality when it comes to viewing standard cable channels!

I'm not really sure about this myself but, I was watching The Screen Savers a couple days ago and they reviewed 4-5 LCD TV's that double as computer monitors. The one that they said had the best quality in picture and sound for the money is Dell. I remember 2 of the other ones that they reviewed...they reviewed a Gateway and an NEC. The NEC came in 2nd and the Gateway came in either...umm...I'm not even sure. I just know that I wouldn't buy the Gateway. I would check out a Dell if I were you.

maybe the dell is great, I'd still go for the 42" plasma w/ the p4 media pc for $4000.
