my recommendation is NewEgg. I've done about $4,000 worth of business with them since Nov 2001, and they have great shipping rates (often free shipping) as well as service and RMA options (should you return your order for any reason).
Shuttle is one of the highest rated SFF puters out there...you might also look into the Mini-ITX standard, which is a great puter (I have one) for non-gaming and the basic things like surfing the web (using it to type this) and listen to streaming music, etc. I got the parts for mine over at eBay "mini-itx" search
