Asus P4C800x Power Problem?

Hello.

I'm another one having exactly the same problem described by others on the web.

I have a P4C800/Gold (P4C800) and it randomly and suddenly turns off while in XP. From my knowledge this problem is very popular and others on this forum have already done lots of posts about. I'm desperate and starting to think there's no solution to this.
I tried to:
- Update the bios
- Mess with bios parameters
- reinstall the OS with ACPI option
- reassemble the system one piece at time
- check the mobo for the soldering blob (negative)
- replace the power supply 400W -> 460W
and after the system always fails...

My configuration is as follows:

P4C800
3.0Ghz P4 cpu with coolermaster aero4
2 x 512Mb Vdata DDR333 2.5
2 x 160GB Maxtor SATA in raid 0 striped
ATI Radeon 9600xt 128
Sound Blaster Audigy2 EZ Platinum Pro
Terratec cinergy 600
LG 52 max cdrom
Sony FFD
PSU: Jou Jyle elec. low noise PFC 460W
Case: Lian Li AL

I'm not using any special setting in the bios except for the SATA configuration.
Bios version is 08.00.09 02/23/04 P4C8B102

Any IDEA?
Many thanks to everybody
