Will This Motherboard Work In This Case?

I have a guy locally who is wanting to sell me a Supermicro DM6 motherboard (for a dual pentium III Xeon setup) and someone else who has a computer case I could (possibly) use.

Would this work for the above motherboard? I'm trying to build a pretty decent server (for as cheap as possible!)

i would think as long as the wiring of the case matches up with
the motherboard and the board will fit there shouldn't be
a problem
