I just bought a couple of new hard drive coolers and I'm unsure as to which side of the hard drive do I apply the heatsink to. Anybody know? Or does it not matter. The instructions do not say. Is there any need to apply goo as you do to a processor?
wow good question, if I would guess I would put it on the part with the components showing (bottom), just googled it and the pictures show it on the bottom
