linksys BEFSR41 4-port (RoadRunner,XP) HELP

im running on a BEFSR41 4-port linksys router using RoadRunner as my ISP and all computers windows XP

my problem is i don't have ip address on the computers only 1 computer works wen its directly connected to the modem the router for sum reason istn working

It says

invalid ip
0.0.0.0
0.0.0.0
0.0.0.0

in 'status'

You either need to follow the directions for cloning your PC's IP address, or you need to call RR tech support and tell them you have a new MAC address and give them the WAN MAC address of the router.

did you check to see if you had a virus?

Try accessing the task manager->processes

look for msupdate.exe....

if it's there then you have a worm, go to trendmicro.com to find out how to clean it.

If not let me know because I just had this happen to my pc's
