Help in getting a new video card

Hey
I am curently looking for a new video card. Right now i have a ati 7500 all in wonder card with 64 meg of ram. And it wont handle some of the game I play like call of duty or some other graphic intence games. In parts of the games the picture in places it will be messed up or disordered. So I am looking for a card that will handle these game with no problem. I want to spend no more than 180 200. For the specs I have a AMD 2100, gigabtye 7vaxp mobo, 120 and 80 gig of hard drive space, 1 gig of pc2700 ram. If you need any more info feel free to ask other than that i am up for your thoughts and comments. Also links where to buy these would be great....

Thanks
Rick
