BIOS which one 1st?

Hi all,

If there is a list of bios updates, say 6.....

Do you pick the newest file, hopeing that it has all the updates in it or do you have to up date from oldest to newest, as each up date only changes whats new!

Is that clear?

Peace.

you just only have to pick the latest one..it will contain all the updates that are in the other ones...so you dont have to do them all in order.

just get the latest one.

when they list the changes they only list the new changes each one does....but it is understood that new bios updates contain all the changes in all the old ones too.

Don't flash your bios unless you really need it. If you added something (cpu, drive, etc) that your bios doesn't recognize then you would need a bios update. Flashing is risky.

I was told that the safest way to flash is to download to hard drive then flash off of hard drive its more reliable i guess, but i would not flash unless it was Absolutely needed.
