Need a new CPU fan

My current Thermaltake Volcano 7 Heatsink fan (CPU) has about had it, it turns on and off occasionally. So I was wondering what Thermaltake everyone recommends. I would like to keep the cost under $20 as I only paid that much for the Volcano 7. Here are my system specs:

Athlon XP 1700
512 MB RAM
GeForce MX440 64 MB

I've been having good service from my coolermaster. Mine is for
a P4 3.06ghz. Retail at the PC Club $19.99. I dont have the model
number handy. The same HS/Fan is available for AMD CPUs also.

you could try this one...

or just replace the fan on the heatsink you already have...

The PC Club doesn't list them any more. I didn't know that. Try
NEW EGG, look under fans/heatsink. I use the PC Club sometimes
when I need/want something fast. They're close to me.

it sounds like a fan problem, i'd just replace that, it be a whole lot easier than replacing the heatsink and fan plus alot cheaper
