Can't print form Windows XP

Hello...I'm new to XP, so I have no idea what I'm doing pretty much in there :|

I have a home network setup through a dsl switch/router (D-link) with three computers. 2 runnign win 98SE and the mine windows xp pro. I had all of them running 98 until I upgraded mine last night. One of those 98's has a printer connected to it, and shared accross the network. I had no trouble printing to the printer and still don't from any pc with win 98se on it...but now I can't print from my (windows xp) comptuer to it. Basically I can see all the computers in the network window, and I can see the printer as shared....I install the printer, windows gave me something about it being not correctly configured on the other computer, but nothing else. I see the printer in my printers and faxes window, but when I try printing to it from any program, or even send a test page to it,the lights blink on the router several times, like it's sending data to the PC with the printer, but gives me an error that operation failed. When I open the printer utilities box (Epson Stylux c60) I can actually successfully print out a nozzle check page from my computer, but can't print from anywhere else .

Make sure you dont have any software firewalls on (including the bulit int windows xp firewall). This might be inadvertently blocking the signal coming back from the other computer and thus not letting it configure properly

yeah, no firewalls. I'm thinking the network configuration isn't correct or something, when all systems were 98's all I had was TCP/IP and NetBEUI on all. But XP doesn't officially support NetBEUI (although I did install it too and it didn't help).

Here's what my network configuration looks like on both PCs'

XP: TCP/IP, Clinet for MS Networks, F and P sharing, NetBEUI, NWLink IPX/SPX, NWLink NetBIOS

Windows 98se: TCP/IP, Client For MS networks, F and P sharing (printer shared), NetBeui, IPX/SPX
