l4vxa2 CPU question

I'm a bit confused by the speed spec (400/533) so anyone care to explain? I just picked up L4VXA2 mobo cheap (here: http://www.ecsusa.com/products/l4vxa2.html except my mobo's purple)

I borrowed a 2.4GHz P4 from another computer. It's running fine but I'd like to put the CPU back in my other PC so I'd have 2 good desktop PCs. I could play it safe and pick up a 2.4GHz P4 but I wanted to get a bit more speed. The manual for the mobo doesn't mention max CPU speed but when I looked around, some of the newer P4 CPU uses 800MHz and obviously they wouldn't work.

Can anyone give me a list of P4 CPU that runs on 400 and 533MHz? Also is there a max speed limit for L4VXA2 or can it take just about any 400MHz/533MGz socket 478 CPU?

as far as i know it will run any 400fsb and 533 fsb cpu's .

they make every version in either 400/533 fsb pretty much
