Windows 2000 and passwords

Hey all,

Is there anyway to stop Windows 2000 and XP for that matter for seeing that my password is getting old and asking me to change it? I have a small LAN at home and people who are trying to use my printer are constanly having to recreate connections with the new password. So I just want to set it once, then never have windows ask me about it again.

Thanks.
