i am stuck at level 22 . i cant find "the arcane sanutary"! anyone who has played can give me the way to this level?

Ruler2112 is on a distinguished road
You'll see an arc in one room - touch it. A portal will fill the arc and you can continue to the arcane sanctuary.

well you will need to find a portal inside the lut goleim castle (its and arc shape portal)+... it will transport to a kind of maze....

that, or maybe you haven't completed the other quests.

Go through the palace and request entrance, then through the Harem levels, then through the cellars, and then you'll reach the arcane sanctuary.
