printers and scanners

hi peeps nice site u have goin here

u will see me here a bit more i reckon

any way wondring if anyone can point me in the direction and give me a few pointers

i have just gotta 5 megapixel digital camera and need to know any relavant info about what dpi printers and scanners i need

what is good and what to avoid

im in the uk so if anyone has any good sites and prices u could point me at

Hi and hello and welcome to the party!

As for the right printer for the job, what are you trying to do? I assume photo printing, but on what scale, both size of picture and number of prints would effect your choices.

Are you also looking for a regular printer, maybe a printer / scanner / fax / photo all in one? If so I have to recommend checking out the

HP PSC 2410 Photosmart All in One

I own one and have had experience with a couple of others owned by customers and family and friends. They rock. The only problem I have found is that one of them had a driver problem, solved overnite by uninstall reinstall.

ok im in the uk if that helps anyone

and im looking at going upto a4 size shots in total

as for the combined scanner/printer things im a bit of a synic in that sense as i find if the scanner goes wrong then it voids the whole lot usless,,,,

so i wanna go for seperates and invest money in the right items

di i need better pc specs to work with better quality photgraphs??

summink i may need to loook at maybe??
