Heatware help, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Well, it's probably no big loss since I only have 2 feedbacks, but I can't sign on to my heatware handle. I've tried for a week now & no joy. I've e-mailed support@heatware several times now & no return to my requests to help me out.

The problem is that it says "Dooin' it" is not a valid username, yet you can look at my feedback & see that it's there. I've tried every variation of the name & nothing works. I was mysteriously able to get to it thru an e-mail link the other day to finally leave "uodealer" some feedback but then when I tried to change my info.........(my e-mail recently changed).......it popped me out of "signed-in" status & I can't get back in. Now there's no way for me to get back.

If any of you want to try it, try clicking the link for having forgotten your password & use "Dooin' it" as your username & it'll kick you out & show "Dooin/' it" not valid. Then every time you try, it'll add another "/" so eventually it'll look like this......."Dooin////' it". I give up!!

Ya, I wish I knew what happened. Looks like the only evidence I ever existed is by looking under "uodealer" in the directory.

If you search him, you'll see my feedback from last week. Then if you try click on my username, it shows "no such user". Hmmmmmmmmm ain't that interesting?

Anybody got a good e-mail for heatware besides support@heatware.com?????? I can't get them to return any e-mail I send!!!!!!!
