Powercolor or GeXcube?
which would be better for a 9600XT?
the GeXcube (
http://www.i-tech.com.au/products/item2672.asp
) or
the powercolor (
http://www.i-tech.com.au/products/item3238.asp
)
or perhaps another brand that you can recommend which would be better than those (only ones from
http://www.i-tech.com.au/products/category18.asp
can be used)
also, only ones with 256 MB

hmm... I've heard of Powercolor, but not GeXcube.
Out of the ones you listed though, ASUS is good, as well as MSI, Gigabyte and ABIT.
I'd probably choose the ASUS over all of them. Just had good luck with ASUS.
