Pioneer 106BK won't burn complete DVD!
Just as the title says, I can't get my DVDR to burn a full DVD. It'll burn smaller(2GB or less) multisessions discs, but not a whole disc.
A little background, I was using Roxio's Easy Media Creator 7, then I installed Alchohol 120%, so I don't have to keep hauling CDs to LAN parties, and everything worked fine for a week then I installed Daemon Tools, just to check it out and Roxio wouldn't work, so I unistalled Alchohol and Daemon Tools, got rid of the virtual drives and Roxio runs, but it won't burn any DVD. It'll burn CDs fine. Then I uninstalled Roxio and installed the trial version of Nero 6 Ultra, and it burns multisession disc fine as long as they are under 2GB, but anything over and the whole system locks up hard.
System specs:
XP +2800
Asus A7N8X-X
Maxtor 120GB HDD
768 Crucial PC3200 RAM
Pioneer 106BK DVD burner (firmware 1.08)
Win 2k
I'm going to try to reinstall windows and see what happens.
