Z-680 Output From Amp DEAD?

Okay, so i turned on my speakers and noticed no sound coming from the rear right channel. I decided to switch the satellites around and they all worked it was just the output from the amp that was giving absolutely no sound. I think i might have lost the booklet and the 2 year warranty thing, but i'll find it soon, i hope. What should I do next? I wonder how much It'll cost to ship that ginormous sub....

is this a common problem or was it me that did something? I was moving them downstairs to watch a DVD on my DVD player and i used a coaxial cable to connect it, i decided to mess around with sub placement because i wasn't getting good deep bass where i was sitting, but then when i turned them back on after moving the sub, no sound to the rear right, even no hiss at all, this means its dead, what should i do? I have warranty from the manufacturer, and i am asking how do I ship these? do i only ship back the subwoofer?
