FARCRY MACHINE

I want to build a new ALL-Powerful games machine. Thinking of getting AMD 64bit-FX51,1024 DDR ram 400MHZ, 9800Xt, DVD-RW etc. What do you guys reckon? What will be the best rig to last me a few years without having to upgrade for a few years. Especially the graphics cards.

well there are new graphics cards coming out soon, so you might want to wait a bit for those to come out. prices of the graphics cards will come down.

that machine sounds very nice, compared to my system. unless you are an AMD fan, get AMD. but i dont really see any real need for 64-bit right now. suggesting one of the P4EE processors.

nvidias rv40 aka 6800 series or ati's r420 are the new graphics cards the 6800 is supposed to be out april 14 i think
