Yeah, Win2K doesn't have msconfig. If you are needing to curb other program's habits from starting up with Windows, then go ahead and install something like Startup CPL, but, if you are just wanting QuickTime program gone from startup, "Right-click" -> Preferences and then change the settings. They are not like Windows Messenger, where you have to tell it a gazillion times to not start and then it finally just stops working.
