Converting to VCD

Hey,
I'm in the middle of making my own movie, I'm using ULEAD Studio 6. I want to make it into a VCD, what programs do I need to complete the transfer....I have made it a real video file but the program wont burnt the actual movie, it just does the WAV. files.
can someone help me? Im not the brightest when it comes to computer software and tech stuff.

Nero is a great problem and can make SVCDs and VCDs.

Yes you can buy it at Best Buy and other retailers for about 80 to 100 dollars. All stores vary by price, or you can order it only for a discount if you wish.
