It looks interesting but at 21 dBA it is quiet. My Volcano 11+ is rated to XP3400+ Specs and is rated at 17dBA which is pretty much silent.
What processor are you going to use, will it be overclocked?
You may be able to do a ducting mod so you could use the PSU fan to draw air accross the fins.
My Volcano cools my XP2500+ Barton O/C'd to 2100Mhz at to slowest fan speed which is about 1200rpm.
