Sound Blaster Live! OEM 5.1 Digital Issue with XP (SB0060)

I´ve bought this card in two different resseler stores, both are the same (SB0060) with a golden text ´Sound Blater Live! 5.1 Digital'.......

My Windows XP just don´t install them... it says things like ´CANNOT FIND SOUNDBLASTER CARD, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THIS HARDWARE´.... (Device Management in Control Panel says I have Creative AUDIOPCI ESXXXX card, although my 5.1 home theather works nice (with lower quality, though)

The soundblaster CD shipped with it simply doesn´t work either...

Some people around has said sometimes Sb0060 cards cannot install properly if the home theather connections are not properly set (e.g. line out being used instead of spk1 or spk2...)

Another one says that KX driver works with all EMU13XX cards....
Finally, SB platinum driver could work with these cards....

I´ve tried so far these steps with no solution...... I entered in XP in SAFE MODE, uninstalled old drivers and such.... no problem solved!

Did I buy a fake creative? Did this SB0060 model has these known issues with Windows XP?
