Kids Windows 2000 Pro - a couple of questions

1. - How do I get rid of the 'View as Web Page' style in the
Windows Explorer? It's annoying me

2. - How can I permanently delete Outlook Express in Win2000 Pro?
I have upgraded a few of our old Win98 boxes to Win2K and
dont want the grunts who use the network to access OE at
all. I have a Group Policy which prevents them running it, but
I'd like to remove it all together. I've tried deleting it when logged
in as administrator, but the shortcuts appear when a standard
user logs on. If it wasn't for the Group Policy they would be
able to run it.

I should point out I dont have any networked profiles on our
PC's - I just set up an appropriate Default Profile on each
PC which then applies to the grunts who log on. I dont know
how to set up network profiles - tried it once, didnt work, just
got on with doing it my way.

2. Check this out. Its a tool that helps you delete things in Windows that are extremely har to delete manually, such as Outlook Express.
