Win XP newbie needs help

Just installed Win Xp Home. Clean install went smooth. Can't
get Win Explorer to go. I end up with My documents. Did a search
for Win expl. got the short cut generated when I tried to open the
appl. Is there a secret handshake, magic incantation???

Windows explorer is a useful tool for adding a program to a
particular like adding games to "games". Beats typing long path-
ways.

For the more traditional looking "explorer", just hit the button that says "folders" and it will briing up the file tree on the left.

If you want you can browse over to the windows explorer icon and right click it. Click properties and change the path for the start in.
