Win2000 Fresh Install hanging launching IE or my computer
I just performed a new build and fresh install of windows 2000. All went well, save some minor driver conflicts that have been resolved. Now, when I start up the system and wait for it to become fully functional (its a pentium 200mhz so it takes a while for windows to fully load) I run IE and it will sometimes load the default msn page and sometimes not, but it will almost always hang and ill have to go into task manager and kill it. This sometimes, but not always makes the computer unstable so i have to reboot. The same happens with My Computer.

128 mb of ram...i think
