A+ is a very basic and straightforward test of your knowledge in hardware and software. If you have been building computers for that long, you probably already posses most (if not all) the knowledge necessary to pass the exams (there are two).
Check out
CompTIA's Objectives for both exams. If you are familiar with the information in these two PDF files, you should have no problems and I wouldn't waste a lot of time searching through training info that was designed for people who have never touched a motherboard before
