nvidia fx 5900xt, is it compatable?

I want to buy this card for my dell desktopcomputer.
eVGA nVIDIA GeForce FX5900XT Video Card, 128MB DDR, 256-bit, DVI/TV-Out, 8X AGP, Model "e-GeForce FX 5900XT(128-A8-N323-TX)"
I'm not extremly knowledgable about graphics card installation I have only done it once before. My question is, will my computer be compatable with the above graphics card. I have the nvidia fx5200 128mb card already installed. Specs are dell pentium 4 ,2.66ghz, 80 gig harddrive,1gig of memory, windows xp home.,dvd/cd r.
How much trouble do oyu think it might be for me the install this graphics card onto this computer.
Thanks for any info
Matt

The card you want to buy is an AGP card, and im assuming that the fx 5200 is also agp.....So they should be compatible. It would just be removing the old card, putting in the new card, and restarting your computer. It should then automatically detect it, and assumning you already have the latest drivers from the 5200 you should be good to go.
