A P4 Celeron is the same core as a P4 but with less cache memory onboard the chip and lower FSB clock speed.

It runs at higher clock speeds compared to Pentium III Celerons, but features standard 128 KB of L2 cache as opposed to the 512 KB of the newest Pentium 4.
