DFI KM400-MLV Info?

Does anyone have any experiance with the DFI KM400-MLV mobo? Pros, Cons, or Quirks? I'm building a new system for my wife and I'm considering using this board with AthlonXP 2000+ and 256mb PC2700 ram. This computer will be used for web surfing, e mail, and MS Word.

Seeing that is is a "KM" that means it is a "KT" with onboard video...that means it is a good stable chipset and probably quite fine for what she needs it for.

Seems I remember hearing once that DFI had the lowest rma rate of all motherboard makers

actually upon looking at it I see it has sata raid and spdif out..6ch sound etc....so it has some advanced features also.

It handles up to 333fsb cpu's so it goes up to an XP3000 Barton
