IE Window Size question

How can I get IE to open at the size I want it to? A few days ago I shrunk it down a bit to get two windows on a screen and now it thinks I want that size every time I open up.

Btw - don't try to sell me Opera. That thing just hangs my machine every time.

Thanks!

Grab the edge of the window with your mouse and drag it to the size you want. Close it and open it back up. It should stay the size you dragged it to.

Drag it to the size you want.

Close any other IE windows that are open - if any.

Hold the CTRL key down and click File > Exit.

if you are using a custom theme....then it will not open maximized anymore.

I'm used to it now....and went crazy for it when it started!

Close the other IE windows by clicking File--close rather than just clicking the X in the upper right corner. Also, if CTRL doesn't work, hold shift and do File--close.
