Need help to setup ftp server behind a router

I'm having probs. cnfiguring my ftp server benhind a connexant router.

In the BFTP test page I got:

What is wrong to get this errors?

what program are you using to connect to the ftp?

try turning off passive mode and see if that corrects the problem.

Passive mode is disabled by your server

227 Entering Passive Mode (195,x.y.z,w).
ftp: connect: Connection refused

Active mode does not return results. I think you need to forward the ftp data port, too, which is 20 by default.
I haven't ever setup any servers behind any routers, so I'm just guessing.
