Are you using the default install of IE4? If so, I'd just upgrade to 6 and it will probably quit/stop/end.

Or download Mozilla or Opera. Somebody'll probably say Firefox, but I don't much like it over Mozilla, it lacks the key combinations I'm use to using.

The "default IE4 (Internet Explorer 4) is the browser that comes installed on 98SE. I think, it's been so long, it may be IE5. IE4 may come on 98FE.

Anyway, Mozilla and Opera are alternatives to IE (Internet Explorer) and are usually sworn by those zealots that are pro Free stuff and swear Bill Gates is the Devil. Of course, I'm sure most would accept a check given by B.G.

You can find IE 6 here and I recommend you upgrade to it if you haven't already, along with going to Windows Update to patch all the security holes and gather all the other various fixes.

IE6 is about a must have for TechIMO/ResellerRatings, especially since we use IFRAMEs on nearly every page.

I am honestly surprised anything under IE5.5 would even work at either site, at least for the forum.

Send a message via ICQ to washe
www.mozilla.org

download firefox or Mozilla, both browsers are very good, and try to surf the website again..

I just checked the code, line 1 is a comment line that isn't even parsed by the IE HTML engine. ?!

Are you using any popup blocking applications, content filters, or a third-party modified version of IE?

Do you receive the same error when browsing the forum at TechIMO?
