Annoying Photoshop Problem

When I paste an image or somthing that I copy or paste when I move it it sticks to the side when I get near it.
Does anyone know how to turn this off, becuase the line is one pixel big and I cannot get it to match up with the rest of the image?

view -> snap -- make sure it's unchecked.

And even with "snap" on you can always just use your arrow keys to nudge a layer or selection one pixel at a time.
