Nano-itx ?

I was thinking about making my own router, just as a little project. I was looking at some Mini-itx boards and they were just a little to big, I was looking for something a little smaller, then I remembered hearing something about Nano ITX boards. I can't seem to find any products using Nano ITX, anyone know if they are even out yet? Does anyone know of any other hardware that could be used to build your own *small* router. Maybe I didn't look hard enough.

WTF?????

Do you people just look at a picture and read a headline? NANO ITX IS NOT OUT YET. If you read the whole article you would know this.

clearcutz, if you read the opening post he was inquiring as to when they were due out. No need to freak out about it. 4.8 inches square will definitely fit in some interesting places.

It'll be cool to see what people come up with this new board and chip.

Yes.......NANO-ITX.......I'm in love!!

Just in case nobody's tried to physically gage the size of these new boards..........go take out the cover insert of one of your favorite CD's & lay it in the palm of your hand. There ya' go!!

Can you say "itsby, bitsy, teeny, weeny"?? And SILENT!!! It's not that we don't have palm PC's already (sort of), it's just the "geek" part of the whole idea that's driving this stuff.

I joked late last year about somebody making a real PC out of an Altoids tin..............maybe I shouldn't have "joked"!!!
