Vantec Aeroflow or Thermaltake Silent Boost?

I am trying to upgrade my PC to make it as silent as possible for HTPC use. Which one of these coolers would you guys recommend (or another) for total silence(as close as it gets)? Also what else can I do to help lower the noise? Any opinions would be appreciated.

~Running on a Athlon 1700+ - no overclocking.

I have an Aeroflow and works real nice with my processor @ 2700+ speeds at 100% load. Keeps around 38-40C. I dunno how quiet the other one is, but I really cant tell with the Aeroflow, since I have 6 case fans hogging the noise. I would imagine either one would be fine. I like the Aeroflow though.

Or, another option is to go with something like a ThermalRight SK800 or Alpha PAL. Then stick a dual-ball bearing fan on it. Hook the fan up to a baybus or potentiometer and you can control the fan speed. Without control the setup is ~25 db, but with the control it's almost non-existent.

And the heatsinks more than make up for the lack of air flow (ThermalTake's weak spot), as long as you have a quiet power supply pulling air across the cpu, like amd recommends.

or get the slk900 or 947 and use a 90mm fan which runs slower and quieter

Out of the two, I'd recommend the Thermaltake.

Zalman for quiet. But its not the coolest of bunch. Good though and temps are descent. I have the aeroflow myself. And while it is pretty quiet. Its isnt absolutly silent by far. Make sure your standoffs are tightend properly if you want quiet. If not you'll here vibrations from any cpu fan.
