Hopefully the feds can uncover some more dirt on the relationship between SCO, Microsoft and the myriad of foolish lawsuits that they've filed.

Personally, if there are laws that have been broken and McBride had knowledge of, and approved of such decisions, then by all means he deserves to spend some time in jail.
